We designed and shipped a full operating stack: proprietary IoT devices streaming real-time consumption, API integrations pulling in weather, irradiance and grid CO₂ signals, and an AI analytical engine fusing the inputs into a live, decision-grade signal — so operators could reshape consumption around the cheapest and cleanest hours, and the commercial team could negotiate tariffs and capacity fees (opłata mocowa) on real data.
